This service will give you complete peace of mind, as we will work with you from your first initial planning stages, until your venue is completely clear and tidy.
We recommend starting with a friendly face to face no obligation consultation. However, if a face-to-face meeting is not possible due to time restraints or other factors, we are more than happy to provide consultation via telephone or email.
Our full event planning service is comprehensive and includes the following:
Venue search
From field locations to historic Castles, we work with some of the most unique venues in the Isle of Purbeck. Our portfolio covers a wide spectrum of venues, and we will be able to provide you with all the relevant information to find a venue that matches your requirements perfectly.
Wedding Administration
Once we have met, we will provide you with a timeline of events leading up to the big day, a full schedule of your day, budget breakdowns, table plans and we can even take on full responsibility of invitation and RSVP management.
Supplier Sourcing
We are very proud of the recommended suppliers we have to offer and will happily provide you with all the supplier information you require and organise initial meetings. We will also happily source other suppliers in the area for your specific needs for your day. We then manage your suppliers throughout, to provide a point of contact for any queries. This enables you to hand over the added stress of handling contact from all the suppliers for the whole planning process.
Wedding Design
We love working on the creative side of your big day, and we will work with you to create colour and theme mood boards, and help you design the overall look of your day. We also have an extensive list of decorations available to add those finishing touches at a competitive rate.
On the day itself, one of our event planners will be present from the start of the day and will be on hand throughout the event itself, up to the very end to ensure that all you have to do is enjoy every minute! We can even organise a team of staff to manage the clear up the following day if required for an additional fee.
We will advise and coordinate throughout, which in turn leaves all the final decisions and enjoyment of the event down to you!
